Description
Vehicle Details1950 Packard 2300 Standard 8 Sedan. This is a smooth running and driving 1950 Packard. I have a clear/clean Utah title in my name. It has a original style new battery, a recent fuel system cleaning, the carburetor rebuilt, and a recent tuneup with a new oil and filter change. The flathead eight cylinder engine holds good oil pressure. Please look closely at the photos. The Packard has surface rust and paint oxidation, but no rust corrosion or rust holes. With a new paint job, the Packard will look like new.The floors are very good, the body is straight, and the hood, trunk, and doors open and close easily. There are small scrapes in the body on the passenger's side. The frame is in excellent condition. It comes with the manuals and parts catalogs shown in the photos. The all of the windows and wind-wings work smoothly. All of the windows are flat glass, and there are some cracks in the windows. The rear passenger's side door window has several cracks. Bob's antique car glass has all of the windows. Most auto glass companies can remove and cut flat glass windows. The original interior is complete, but as you can see in the photos it shows wear. The steering wheel and dash are in very good condition and the headliner is good. It still maintains the gas pedal starter and it works perfectly. It comes with the manuals shown in the photos which includes a tin Packard sign and a photo of the Packard with the original owner. The hood opens on either side and all of the latches work properly. I have a set of three keys and a 1950 hood ornament along with two spare rims that are in the trunk. It has a period correct sunvisor. The reserve is low, and if you have any questions about my Packard, please message me on eBay and I will respond quickly. I will keep the Packard securely stored until shipping is arranged. The Packard is a daily driver, but I would not recommend driving it several hundred miles if you were thinking of flying in and driving it home. The Packard is 71 years old, and Autozone doesn't carry many parts for a 1950 Packard. If you have less than (5) five positive feedbacks on eBay, please message me before bidding. I want this to be a good straightforward auction with no scams. Good luck bidding, and I hope my Packard finds a new home.
