They did a good job doing this. Note: there are dirt roads, but not asphalt paved roads out there. This is located on very flat land, so a two wheel drive pickup truck works fine for this. I went out there in my old clunker Toyota Tundra about 6 years ago and took these pictures.

Deed Conveyance:
I own this land free and clear and have owned it for many years now. Upon settled payment in full, a Special Warranty Deed will be prepared and recorded with the Hudspeth County Clerk into the buyers name. That's what the 9 fee will cover.  All I will need is the Buyers name(s) (or entity name you wish to have this recorded) and a mailing address (to where the recorded deed and future tax bills will be sent)

Annual Taxes:
Annual taxes for ten acres is approximately per year. Buyer will be responsible for 2021 taxes and after. Seller is responsible for 2020 taxes and everything prior.

From the county seat of Sierra Blanca, head north on Ranch Road 1111. You will see unmarked dirt roads heading east. Best to enter the GPS coordinates of
31 12’26.97” N and 105 12’06.53” W. I drove out there back in 2016 in a two wheel drive Toyota Tundra. It is about 10 miles northeast of Sierra Blanca and about 15 miles southeast of the famed Gunsight Ranch.
